About the Opportunity

Team Lead - Network Projects Ireland (Power Systems / new 400 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV Stations / Circuit Projects + Upgrading / Refurbishment projects on the existing grid / network)

Job Type: Permanent & Full-Time

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote/WFH)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver complex, large scale Technical Projects
• Programme Manage a portfolio of Network Development Projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Lead Strategic and Change related projects
• Foster proactive Stakeholder Engagement

About You

Successful candidates will have:

• An engineering degree or equivalent, typically with 8 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
• Passionate, engaging with a drive to deliver with and through others
• Ability to coach and develop high-performance capabilities
• Expertise in introducing innovative ideas to solve business problems
• Full driver’s license
