Role - Project Co-ordinator
Location - Dublin
Our client a large banking institution are currently on the lookout for a project co-ordinator to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a project co-ordinator role within an IT transformation project/programme

Responsibilities
* -Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholder
* s.Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycl
* e.Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manage
* r.Task tracking and follow-up, resource schedulin
* g.Ensure smooth running of the project – work with Project Manager to eliminate blocker

Skill
* s -Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator with experience in IT Transformational projects / programm
* es.Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time manageme
* nt.Strong client-facing and teamwork skil
* ls.Familiarity with risk management, change management and quality assurance contr
* ol.Experience of coordinating project budget and schedul
