About the Opportunity

Production Equipment UC is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 80,000 products to customers across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT-related projects, with a focus on industrial vending solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the IT team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and implementation planning.
  • Coordinate hardware and software installations, configurations, and testing activities.
  • Document project activities, including requirements gathering, implementation steps, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, timelines, and any issues encountered.
  • Support post-implementation activities such as troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer requirements and IT implementation.

Eligibility

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience: Experience with industrial vending systems or similar technology solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or IT support/admin role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware deployments – particularly relevant to industrial equipment or vending solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both technical teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and project work (as required).
