About the Opportunity

The Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the delivery, deployment, training, and implementation of an eAuthority - ASSR Oversight Management System using Agile/Scrum methodologies. He/She will act as a leader, ensuring the development team adheres to Scrum principles and practices and delivers high-quality software within specified timelines.

Eligibility

Requirements for the position:

• A relevant Masters Degree
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• PMP/PRINCE2 and/or related Project Management certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience in managing complex software implementation projects across multiple and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent in stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Clickup, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with regulatory frameworks is an added advantage
