Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coach and mentor junior project team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Eligibility

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required
  • PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with Agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior relevant professional/consulting experience required
  • Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary
