Lead Project Manager – Electrical Distribution

About the Opportunity

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple busbar projects in data center and MEP construction environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of busbar projects
  • Plan and co-ordinate resources
  • Manage project budgets
  • Monitor project progress and performance
  • Facilitate clear communications between teams
  • Act as client’s point of contact
  • Promote teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Ensure client approval on technical submissions
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Scheduling departments
  • Develop and maintain project-specific programs
  • Oversee parts release to production
  • Dispatch completed equipment to site
  • Provide oversight on Project Task Planning
  • Develop and maintain reporting structures
  • Provide leadership in risk management environment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within Construction, Manufacturing, MEP, or data center environments. Proven experience managing complex projects, strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Professional project management certification
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems
  • Proven experience managing complex projects
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven project delivery environment
