About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager with a strong marketing background to oversee and coordinate high-impact campaigns in collaboration with top-tier agencies and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing marketing campaigns for large consumer brands and navigating complex partner environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external agencies (media, creative, etc.).
- Oversee project timelines, campaign phasing, and critical deadlines with urgency and attention to detail.
- Manage administrative elements of campaigns: scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and supporting budget adherence.
- Collaborate with multiple partners to adapt assets and approaches for local execution.
- Ensure campaign materials (e.g., digital, and print assets) are developed and delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the central point of contact across stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign and project management.
- Experience working with or within large consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple agency partners (media, creative, etc.).
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing campaign budgets and administrative elements with discipline.
- Ideally experienced in adapting global campaigns to local markets.
