Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a discretionary or systematic investment strategy across one or more liquid asset classes. The firm provides access to substantial proprietary capital, a world-class execution platform, and a deeply experienced operational and risk framework to enable scalable portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:Formulate, implement, and actively manage a market-neutral or directional investment strategyGenerate consistent, risk-adjusted returns in line with defined performance and drawdown parametersCollaborate with global trading, research, and risk teams to maximise investment efficiencyMaintain strict adherence to the firm’s compliance, regulatory, and risk protocols
Candidate Profile:
Experience managing institutional capital, ideally within a hedge fund, proprietary trading group, or asset management firmDemonstrable and verifiable track record of strong investment performance with a scalable processExpertise in liquid markets, such as global equities, fixed income, macro, FX, or creditSelf-directed, commercially focused, and accustomed to operating in a high-performance environmentStrong understanding of portfolio construction and risk management
