About the Opportunity
Job Opportunity: Project Scheduler
Our client, a leading organisation in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a strategic and high-profile project based in Dundalk.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Site Portfolio Schedule using Microsoft Project
- Transfer and build existing project schedules, linking to Primavera where necessary
- Lead or support scheduling workshops with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Align sub-project schedules and issue regular progress metrics
- Support governance through mitigation plan tracking
- Collaborate closely with the capital project scheduler to identify critical milestones and manage workload peaks
- Monitor progress and provide impact updates on key milestones
- Identify and communicate mitigation plans for potential delays and risks
- Deliver weekly updates to project management and leadership using established reporting tools

Eligibility
Essential:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar scheduling role within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments
- Hands-on proficiency with Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Level 7 or 8 degree in a scientific or technical discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
