About the Opportunity

Location: Drogheda or UK
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive works, shutdowns, and traffic management projects from start to finish.
• Plan schedules, resources, and work programmes across your region.
• Liaise with clients, operational teams, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Produce work packs, raise purchase orders, and maintain project trackers.
• Prepare reports on project progress, productivity, and performance.
• Resolve issues quickly and escalate where required.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture across all activities.

About You

• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating projects, schedules, or operational activities.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power BI.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the confidence to take ownership.
• A team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• A commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement.
