Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

PFH Technology is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing and maintaining Project Trackers, Status reports, and Project Workbooks to ensure project team members and stakeholders are informed and information is readily available.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, raise any issues or risks, and work on solutions to mitigate risks and resolve problems.
• Support projects to manage required resources from various functions within Ricoh, ensuring activities are completed on time and in line with the project plan.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings with customers and stakeholders to develop project strategies.
• Provide effective administration support for projects, including reporting and document library administration.

About You

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Project Coordination
• Process driven with an analytical/logical approach to business tasks
• Good understanding of Prince 2 methodology
• Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of project management tools
