About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the complete lifecycle of a solar farm construction project from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Manage site logistics, procurement, and allocation of resources including labour, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Lead regular project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that the project adheres to the company's standards, values, and sustainability goals.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large infrastructure or renewable energy projects, ideally within the solar or utility sector.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, electrical infrastructure, and renewable energy systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
