Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the complete lifecycle of a solar farm construction project from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Manage site logistics, procurement, and allocation of resources including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Lead regular project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that the project adheres to the company's standards, values, and sustainability goals.

About You

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large infrastructure or renewable energy projects, ideally within the solar or utility sector.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering, electrical infrastructure, and renewable energy systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
