About the Opportunity

Salter Grange is partnering with several top-tier fitout contractors and developers to recruit experienced Project Managers for high-end commercial fitout projects across Dublin. These positions offer the opportunity to deliver premium office, retail, and hospitality environments for blue-chip clients and leading developers. You’ll take responsibility for projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, precision, and client satisfaction at every stage. Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-end commercial fitout projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site performance
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and design teams
• Ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of finish and quality
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering high-end commercial fitout or interior projects. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with design & build and/or traditional procurement methods. Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
