Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to closely work with Programme leadership to shape, drive and complete large-scale initiatives that align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable benefits. The role will be part of our Strategy, Change & Transformation team who shape, enable and drive the strategic change agenda within Group COO, and are at the centre of our leading (and growing) global business. This role requires end-to-end project delivery experience, underpinned by strong customer management, teamwork and problem-solving skills to drive successful business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation projects of work, engaging with senior team members, and navigating cross functional business environments.

Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesEnsure we start, implement and optimise transformations wellSupport planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programmes or projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraintsCoordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction and motivation to ensure successful executionDevelop and maintain roadmaps, in partnership with programme manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key prioritiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate low level risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.Manage workstreams and results successfully, fosterinteamworkon and effective ways of workingProactively gather and make sense of a vast amount of information from a wide range of sources, and provide clear insights and storytelling to support decision makingEstablish and supervise critical measures to track the project’s success and report progress to programme leadershipDrive continuous improvement by bringing together lessons learned and implementing best practices in the projectEnsure compliance with regulatory, governance, and quality standards throughout the programme lifecycleComfortable leading a small team and providing hands-on executionSkills & CapabilitiesExperienced in a Project Manager role preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming or eCommerce industries.Expertise in project management methodologies.Ensures project updates are clear, informative, aligned to objectives and resonate with leaders and teamsExcellent engagement skills across interpersonal levels, you collaborate with.Comfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to coordinate multiple capabilities, run workstreams and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with financial and budget tracking management.Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and delivery capabilities in project deliveryExperience with business change managementQualifications & ExperienceExperienced within project delivery roles.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile ,MSP, or equivalent project management certification.Experience working in a highly regulated environment.Familiarity with digital transformation or technology enabled projects.Consulting experience is a plus.
Measure of SuccessWithin the COO Strategy Change & Transformation function, success will be determined by:Project Delivery: Support in delivering end-to-end solutions by starting transformations well and optimising beyond delivery. Achieving key results on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.Team Leadership & Development: Leading and develop a small project team and support the development of the wider Strategic Change & Transformation function, growing our collective capability, capacity and sense of teamElevating Transformation across Flutter: Uplifting and innovating to develop our strategic delivery capability across FlutterOperational Efficiency: Demonstrating tangible improvements in operational processes and business performance as a result of project initiatives.Sponsor Satisfaction: Building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across teams, senior management, and external partners.Risk Management: Proactively identifying or mitigating risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and supporting our enterprise risk profile.Financial Impact: Support the delivery of growth and efficiencies, optimising resource allocation, and driving value creation within the organisation.Change Adoption: Support the smooth implementation of new processes or systems, with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.Continuous Improvement: Embedding a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams and projects.
