Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is expanding its team with the addition of a Project Manager for the Cork Region. The role requires handling multiple projects to meet client expectations and identifying opportunities to add value or enhance project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of project team functions, including risk management, financial performance, HSEQS compliance, stakeholder management, and project administration.
* Oversee consultant and subcontractor design, ensuring adherence to the BIM strategy.
* Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan, emphasizing HSE & Quality.
* Manage information flow and attend Design Team Progress Meetings.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of Design and Build JCT & NEC3 contracts, as well as BREEAM/LEED.
* Over 5 years’ experience in the relevant sector or a minimum of 2-3 projects delivered across different industry sectors.
* Holistic ‘end to end’ Programme Management experience.
* Analytical, methodical, and commercially aware.
* Hold a Professional qualification in a construction-related subject.
* IOSH or equivalent H&S management training.
