We power 1.5% of the global creator economy across our all-in-one platform, which offers high converting funnels, checkouts, affiliate management, course creation and student management, automation, and business insights.As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to help deliver our vision, stay aligned, and scale operations effectively. You’ll work directly under our CEO and will play a central role in keeping our high-growth environment structured and productive—collaborating across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clarity.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project planning and execution for strategic initiatives across the businessOwn data across the organization, identify areas of opportunity and improvement with our customers and internallyBuild business cases and budgets for new development across our aggressive roadmapCollaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverablesMonitor progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust plans proactively to maintain momentumFacilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-insManage task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, etc.) to maintain transparency and accountabilityCommunicate updates clearly to leadership, team members, and stakeholdersAlign internal resources during product development, feature launches, and company-wide projects
Experience and Education10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS or FinTechProven track record of delivering complex tech solutions on time and to budgetProven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking toolsAbility to turn ambiguity into clear plans and executionComfort working in remote-first environments across global time zonesBonus: familiarity the creator economy and FinTech sectors
