Manager – Transformation Delivery (Project Management)

Location: Ireland – Dublin (hybrid)

Our client is a multinational consulting firm providing comprehensive strategy, transactions and commercial advisory services, working on the most exciting Transformation Programmes in the country (Ireland), Project Management across various sectors such as: Capital/Infrastructure & Transport, Housing, Utilities, Energy, Government & Technology markets sectors.

Joining their dynamic and diverse Transformation Delivery team you will have the opportunity to deliver large-scale Transformation Programmes

Our client is looking for experienced, motivated people who have previously worked in Programme and Project Management, business or Digital Transformation role, either in industry or in a Client-Side Consulting role to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Working with outstanding clients across Capital/Infrastructure & Transport, Housing, Utilities, Energy & Government markets sectors to consistently deliver exceptional client service;

Ensuring that Project Plans, Project Logs (E.g. Risks, assumptions issues, dependencies logs) and project budgets are managed effectively;

Working directly with clients on a regular basis to help create innovative insights and solutions to meet their needs;

Integrating data to inform insights by sharing technical, sector and market knowledge in their area of expertise;

Solving business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming;

Assisting in client account management activities such as recruitment for the project team, managing financial aspects of client engagements, and quality and risk management;

Providing a supporting role in presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high complex projects to prospective and existing clients;

Building strong internal and external relationships within Consulting and across other services lines;

Supporting team development activities.

Requirements:

5 years’ experience in Management Consulting / Advisory role in industry or public sector;

Project Management experience of managing and Delivering Large-Scale Projects, and transformation programmes, including project planning and monitoring, resource management (including project finances), benefits realisation;

Stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes;

Knowledge of Project Governance and Change Management principles;

Educational degree;

Professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2® or PMP (desirable);
