As a Project Manager with my client, you’ll be stationed onsite at one of their pharmaceutical clients’ facilities in Dublin. It’s crucial that you align with their goals and objectives and seamlessly integrate into their team. Your responsibilities will include meticulously planning, budgeting, and overseeing each project from inception to fruition.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Ideally possess a professional PM certification such as PMP or Chartered status.
* Familiarity with GAMP, GMP, and GDP Standards is preferred.
* Proficiency in life sciences automation systems and associated documentation and protocols.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of positively guiding field teams.
* Management oversight of engineers & technicians executing QBMS & nQBMS projects, offering technical guidance and scheduling support.
* Efficient coordination, planning, and scheduling of all projects, with support from the Project Management Office.
* Regular client reporting on project progress and anticipated activities.
* Consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders on a weekly basis.
* Commercial oversight of contracts from tendering to project completion, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements with PMO assistance.
* Collaboration with HR on workforce strategy, performance management, conflict resolution, and staff development to foster high morale and satisfaction.
* Engagement with external design teams, consulting engineers, and clients.

Desirable Qualities:
* Background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, particularly in Building Automation and Management systems, either trade, HVAC, Utilities and/or BMS qualification or Engineering Degree
* Minimum 4 years of project management experience in regulated industries.
* Strong organizational aptitude for planning, scheduling, and coordination.
* Prior experience in project estimation.
* Effective communication skills with team members, customers, and operational staff, adaptable to client needs.
* Proven track record of leadership in regulated environments.
* Analytical problem-solving skills coupled with decisive action.
* Capability to build robust relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
* Capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers.
