About the Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager / Project Administrator to join a large internet business based in central Dublin. The organisation is a household name, and there’s a strong chance you’ve used their services before.

The role is suited to a highly organised and self-sufficient professional, most likely in the earlier stages of a career in project management or project services.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating a multifaceted IT & Risk team, ensuring the smooth running of ongoing tasks, meetings, project updates and documentation. You’ll gain exposure to a modern working environment that encourages progression, innovation and efficiency improvements.

About You

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Strong organisational skills, ideally related to team coordination, scheduling, and documentation
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work proactively, identifying and addressing issues before they arise
  • Exposure to an IT Risk department is beneficial; general understanding of modern IT risk factors and legislation is sufficient
  • Experience in a highly organised role such as Project Coordinator, IT Controller, Project Administrator, Project Manager, or similar

This is a varied position suited to someone comfortable in an administration-heavy role, who can quickly get up to speed with the functions of a Risk department. The purpose of the role is to help ensure the smooth running and efficient operation of this team.
