Project Manager

The pm role will manage the needs of the FR region and report to the head of IT for Western Region. So in effect, they will collect issues, asks and also collects inputs for the French market (+Spain, Portugal, and Belgium but these are small) and manage the local stakeholders and coordinate with the global IT. ERP Assessment as it relates to the FR marketCRM dynamics - global team on dynamics and they need a local person to collaborate in the regionCredit management, complains towards customersOther projects related to sales, RGMProjects, day to day activities like HR, payroll, replace current collaboration tool.Spain, Portugal, and Belgium are also markets managed from FRFrance is the biggest region with complexityTO LISTEN to local needs, understand something is coming up and pick up the needs and drive them, securing the job and alignmentThey are setting up the global desk, questions usage of the system, ensure the project is moving, escalate, support etc.
