About the Opportunity

Our client is searching for an experienced Project Manager to support the contracts team, liaising between the client and contractor for a large water networks project across Southeast and Midlands area.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring projects are delivered without any compromise on safety and quality.
  • Leading multiple projects from concept design through to final completion.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on commercial performance and project delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting project updates and reports for both internal teams and clients.
  • Reviewing and assessing the constructability of water and wastewater design solutions.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges related to scope, budget, scheduling, and performance.
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, including resource-loaded schedules and contract administration tasks.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of accurate project progress reports.

About You

Requirements:

  • Third level Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering degree/Diploma.
  • Previous experience in a mechanical engineering Project/Site Manager/Engineer role, preferably with water &/or wastewater industry experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Irish Water Standards.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
