About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Co. Kildare

Employment Type: Permanent, Fully onsite role

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Manage stakeholders and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track progress, risks, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Deliver high-quality project documentation and post-project reviews
  • Support continuous improvement and compliance with quality and safety standards

About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or related field (PMP certification preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing projects within regulated GMP, high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, planning, and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with project tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Gantt charts) and familiar with QMS (ISO13485 preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required
