Responsibilities

• Administer the contract and ensure project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning are done safely and within agreed specifications
• Represent the Company when dealing with the Client, suppliers, sub-contractors, and government agencies
• Support the development of the Biopharma & Life Sciences business in Ireland
• Monitor and control work-hour expenditure and costs
• Report to management on project progress and performance

About You

Expertise:

• Degree Educated in related field (engineering, construction)
• 10+ years Life Sciences experience (Biotech required)
• MEP design experience (preferable)
• PMP or equivalent (preferable)
• Proven ability to successfully lead and complete projects
• Specialist experience in key technical areas e.g. biopharma, fill/finish, clean utilities etc
• 3D/BIM knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
