Project Manager DeltaV and Agile Methodologies

About the Opportunity

Horizon Controls Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with DeltaV expertise to oversee automation/control system projects utilizing Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end automation/control system projects involving DeltaV DCS systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Agile sprints to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Agile project management tools.
• Monitor project scope, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on DeltaV architecture and configuration.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in automation or process control.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV systems and Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge of DCS/SCADA systems in industrial or regulated settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with GMP, GAMP 5, and validation requirements.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines in industrial or automation environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
