About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction, completion and handover of building works
  • Oversee and monitor project delivery around schedule, cost, variations, and risk
  • Lead coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered at all stages
  • Maintain project risk register and update at progress meetings

About You

Minimum 12 years experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector. Experience with E-Tenders requirements and strong procurement knowledge. Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within timelines.

Eligibility

Fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BIM, SharePoint, and management of databases. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team and make decisions when required.
