Responsibilities

• Manage Ground Site Investigation (GSI) and landowner engagement activities
• Act as subject matter expert in liaising with consultants, GSI contractors, and client teams
• Manage projects from conceptual phase through feasibility, planning assessment, and construction phase
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Develop and maintain project documentation

About You

You will need to have:

• An engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in power system industry and utilities/construction
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Commercial awareness and decision-making ability

Eligibility

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the electrical sector. Property or infrastructure project management expertise. Commercial and financial acumen. Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
