KONE is looking for a Project Manager (Lifts) to join our Installation team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and monitoring the execution of Lift installation projects
• Being in direct contact with clients as the main point-of-contact for questions and concerns
• Reviewing project proposals, determining time frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation
• Establishing work plans and staffing for each project phase
• Coordinating project team activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
• Being an energizing leader who strives to exceed customer expectations

About You

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Degree qualified engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Building services preferably or other similar technical qualifications)
• Preferably 5+ years of industry experience (building, civil engineering, or lifts)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer focus
• Excellent planning and analytical skills
