Project Manager, Professional Services

About the Opportunity

Stripe is seeking a talented individual to join their Global Professional Services team as a Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the trajectory of the team while contributing to the growth and success of Stripe's platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from ideation to global launch for strategic programs of work
• Lead the design, development, and launch of new service offerings for the Professional Services team
• Collaborate with Professional Services sellers to refine and evolve sales processes, assets, and methodologies
• Lead and contribute to projects to develop, improve, and scale delivery processes globally
• Focus on continuous improvement and enablement of the Professional Services methodology and its associate tools, templates, and processes
• Provide well-established program governance to manage requirements in line with project scope and business objectives
• Provide proactive risk assessment, prevention, and mitigation plans
• Actively participate in a global community of practitioners to continually evolve and improve implementation practices
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute global projects for operational efficiencies
• Drive innovation and adoption of implementation best practices

About You

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business process analysis, strategy, and operations, and/or consulting
• Program management skills with experience managing projects from inception through completion
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive solutions towards a shared goal
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in process improvement and designing new ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in customer-facing roles
• Ability to understand technical products and customer pain points
• Familiarity with APIs and data analysis

Eligibility

Hybrid work at Stripe. Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.

Benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €52,800 - €79,200. Specific benefits and compensation details will vary based on the candidate's location and will be discussed further during the interview process.
