Project Manager Scrum Master

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master/Agile Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, team enablement, stakeholder management, process optimization, metrics & reporting, risk mitigation, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
• Remove impediments and coach team members on agile practices
• Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders
• Continuously refine team processes and implement best practices
• Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators
• Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
• Deep expertise in agile frameworks and tools
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
