Project Manager – Vision Built

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager for Vision Built will act as Quality Manager for the site-based construction phases.

Responsibilities

  • Populate the sample register and ensure completion and agreement of samples, FOK, benchmarks, etc.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the Contract, Preconstruction, Design Procurement, and Build functions.
  • Ensure project meets client’s expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain the PEP.
  • Look for opportunities to add value or enhance profit.
  • Prepare programme, method statements, and submission.
  • Lead all aspects of Project Team functions.
  • Manage consultant and subcontract design as required.

About You

Requirements:

  • 7 years’ experience in relevant sector or 2-3 projects delivered across different industry sectors.
  • Programme Management experience.
  • Commercial awareness, People & Performance Management skills.
  • Team Building and Leadership.
  • Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject.
