About You

• 10+ years of experience in PMO and/or project management
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to set up governance frameworks and understand the big picture
• Autonomous, hands-on, and structured mindset
• Experience with Jira & Confluence
• Experience in the Pharma sector would be a plus
• Familiarity with digital transformation in finance or domains such as Order to Cash (O2C), Treasury & Controlling, Procurement/Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Fluent English (must); French and Spanish (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure governance frameworks across finance-related initiatives
• Coordinate multiple digital projects with cross-functional teams
• Drive documentation, initiative tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
• Manage Jira boards and Confluence spaces
• Support visibility and alignment between business and technical streams
