Responsibilities

• Initiate projects under the guidance of the Lead Project Coordinator by defining scope, tasks, timelines and identify and managing stakeholders, primarily Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Management for the various projects to be undertaken.
• Work along with the Lead Project Coordinator to execute projects independently by displaying sound judgement and proactively managing risk and issues.
• Provide critical support on assigned projects, managing expectations and communicating delays on projects to the Project Lead and/or Project Manager.
• Support the Lead Project Coordinator with the end-to-end execution of small to medium sized projects by ensuring that project plans are developed and implemented.

About You

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor level degree.
• You have 3-5 years in project management roles, preferably in financial domain, and/or Citco operational experience with increasing responsibility.
• You are a self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role.
