Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager based in Southern Europe. This is a project-based remote opportunity. We are hiring on behalf of a major global IT vendor for a Senior Project Manager to support their key enterprise clients across Southern Europe. This role will focus on managing complex infrastructure and data protection projects—delivering high-impact programs around backup, storage, and cloud-integrated systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery for transformative IT initiatives across multiple stakeholders and regions, working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and data protection projects
• Act as the bridge between engineering, support, delivery, and customer success teams
• Drive project scoping, timelines, resource planning, and issue resolution
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope, time, and budget
• Manage risk registers, change control, stakeholder communications, and documentation
• Provide leadership across cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and internal best practices

About You

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, data protection, or enterprise backup domains. Strong understanding of enterprise environments involving storage, backup, cloud, or SaaS products. Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders. Proven experience delivering in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluency in both Spanish and Italian is essential.
