About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a bundle of high-value education and healthcare projects across the Wicklow region, with a combined value of approximately €100 million.

This company is an established main contractor with a strong track record delivering complex public-sector builds across Ireland. They’re looking for a capable and driven professional to lead multiple projects from early construction stages through to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle across a range of school and healthcare developments, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee site operations, design coordination, and subcontractor management across multiple locations.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, and design teams to maintain alignment on programme, budget, and technical requirements.
• Manage procurement schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, BC(A)R, and health and safety standards.
• Represent the company at client and design team meetings, providing clear updates on progress and performance.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement on site.

About You

Key Skills And Experience

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously within structured frameworks and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Irish building regulations, BC(A)R, and public procurement frameworks.
• Commercially astute, organised, and capable of managing complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, or similar construction management platforms.
