About Us

We develop large scale solar energy projects to deliver renewable energy solutions to meet our targets for 2030 and beyond. From extensive experience gained in South Africa, our team of professionals, now based in our Dublin HQ, are involved in multiple projects across Ireland and Western Europe. We have established a long-term partnership with a Danish solar projects investment fund to develop 1 GW of solar energy in the rapidly expanding Irish market. We are also looking to acquire new projects at any stage of development to feed our customer demand for PPA's.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and construction of our solar energy projects in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven experience managing solar projects from successful planning through to completion, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar energy projects, including planning, development, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and engineering support throughout the project phases.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices in renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified Engineer (e.g., Chartered Engineer, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field).
• 3+ years experience in project management within the solar energy or broader renewable energy sector.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and construction phases of solar energy projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction site management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Irish regulatory and permitting processes related to renewable energy is a plus.
