Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of the rail project through various stages of the project life cycle
• Liase and coordinate meetings between project teams
• Reviewing scopes of interfacing series contracts
• Overseeing and managing delivery of package activities and deliverables
• Administering contracts for several projects as part of a programme
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project metrics
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
• Facilitating collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with planning and procurement policies
• Advocating for continuous improvement

About You

15+ years’ experience in project management activities with at least 7 years’ experience across the project lifecycle. Construction management expertise and commercial acumen. Leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Ability to drive project outcomes and manage technical outputs effectively.

Eligibility

Demonstrable academic qualifications (NVQ Level 7 or 8) or equivalent. Professional memberships in relevant institutions. Chartered Project Professional or Programme Management Professional certification.
