Responsibilities

• Oversee the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope & objectives
• Create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule
• Measure project performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Manage risks, relationships, and client expectations
• Ensure budgetary objectives are met
• Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Requirements

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 5+ Years in a Project Management position
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Track-record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-over
• Previous exposure to managing teams
• Ability to build and maintain internal & external relationships
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill the duties of the role
