Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 12+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Visual Basic, MVC, Entity Framework) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle).Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating development teams.Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to engage with various stakeholders and clearly explain complex technical concepts.
