Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, high-visibility projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments to optimize resource allocation and maintain executional focus.
• Monitor project health, mitigate issues, and keep momentum with data-driven insights.
• Anticipate challenges early and implement tactical solutions to avoid disruption.
• Facilitate strong communication across engineering, business development, customer success, logistics, and finance teams.
• Deliver top-tier stakeholder engagement by managing expectations and delivering consistently high-quality results.
• Establish efficient, scalable workflows for consistent delivery and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular reviews and apply learnings to continuously refine project execution.
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, providing input on systems and delivery capabilities.

About You

5+ years managing multifaceted digital or technical projects in a client-facing role. Skilled at mobilizing and guiding cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives. Recognized project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and a proven track record of juggling concurrent projects. Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Proficient with modern productivity and planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.), with a solid grasp of digital systems. Adept at turning business goals into tactical execution plans. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or similar) preferred; change management knowledge is a plus.
