About the Opportunity

We’re supporting a client in defining and structuring a new technical initiative centered around financial systems and workflows. This includes collaborating directly with a fintech subject matter expert (SME) to capture requirements, prioritize features, and develop a roadmap for execution. The goal is to move from ambiguity to a clear, documented build plan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery and planning phase
  • Define functional requirements and map system needs
  • Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders
  • Lead structured discovery sessions
  • Translate business conversations into technical requirements and user stories
  • Map out current and future-state workflows
  • Identify and document systems, data sources, and integration points
  • Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business need
  • Define success metrics and outline delivery milestones
  • Deliver a comprehensive discovery report

About You

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in software, data, or infrastructure projects. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments with competing priorities.

Eligibility

Strong experience facilitating feature-based planning and technical discovery. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements. Comfortable working directly with technical SMEs and business leads.
