Utilities Project Coordinator & SDLC Development/Management

About the Opportunity

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions with offices in Ireland, the United States and Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced Engineer for the role of Utilities Project Coordinator & SDLC Development/Management. This is a site-based position located in Munster, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects between internal site projects team and vendor of utilities management platform
  • Create and manage all SDLC documentation for project implementation
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop User Requirement Specifications
  • Translate URS into Functional Design Specifications and Test Protocols
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for utilities management platform implementation
  • Adhere to Company AutomationIT standards and collaborate with vendors
  • Engage with project teams to deliver scope for Automation aspects of utilities projects
  • Develop project schedules and document trackers
  • Ensure Automation compliance with Global Policies and cGMP

About You

Degree in related Engineering, Automation, or technical discipline. 5+ years' experience in utility management/control systems. 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Project Management certification is desirable. Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a VALID EU Work Permit and Irish Residency. PLEASE NO AGENCIES.
