Our client is expanding rapidly due to their reputation and their service offering across multiple sectors including Healthcare, Residential, Hospitality, Commercial & Data Centres.

The Role:

Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to hire a Program Director to provide project & design management services across Ireland & EMEA. This role will suit someone that is comfortable with occupying a strategic role within this company, collaborating with clients, leading teams, and advising senior management.

You will be able to draw on experience in the successful delivery of hyperscale projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and being the conduit between the client and the extended Design Team when it comes to project delivery. Life Sciences/Data Centre experience is highly beneficial.

Required Background:

* 15+ years experience needed
* Relevant Construction/Design/Engineering Degree required
* Track record in delivering projects across a range of territories
* Client-facing experience a necessity
* A track-record in managing teams & direct reports
* Life Sciences/Data Centre experience highly beneficial
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Self-driven with a willingness to achieve, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
