As a Technical Project Manager at Fresco, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, built upon our KitchenOS, from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners both within Fresco and across customer Organisations as they integrate into our KitchenOS platform. You will be comfortable communicating up and down an organisation, providing updates and recommendations to executives while also discussing the technical tradeoffs and requirements with Engineers.
You will work within the Partner Integration organisation which is focused on integrating Cooking Appliances onto our Operating System for the Kitchen (KitchenOS). This role will require deep partnership both internally, across all Fresco departments as well as externally with various technical and program stakeholders. As KitchenOS is evolving, some programs will be on the leading edge of innovation and may include POC’s, pilots and other experiments that shape our ongoing commitment to “Make Food More” by maturing and advancing our KitchenOS platform. The Partner Integration organisation is focused on growth, efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and Appliance Manufacturers worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end ownership of core programs of work within the Partner Integration Organisation, acting as a single point of contact for driving scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.
* Drive cross-functional Solution and / or product Development, and, where relevant develop new capabilities, blueprints, product opportunities.
* Lead and influence others as part of projects or programs, fostering relationships, trust, and collaboration.
* Manage large-scale program and project plans from inception through completion following product life cycle strategies.
* Regularly communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with goals.
* Train others on new and established software systems.
* This is a customer facing role. You may be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electronic or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technical program, product or project management through Project Lifecycle processes.
* Demonstrated ability/experience to manage complex projects involving team members from multiple disciplines, geographies and cultures.
* Knowledge of project / program management spanning planning, execution, and delivery.
* Excellent management skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organisation
* Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure and organisations
* Ability to drive and scale internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions

* This is a chance to meet with the hiring manager for the role. Within the interview we will cover your background and experience and how it relates to our skills requirements listed above, we will explore how you align to our core values and would add to our culture. We will give you an overview of the role, what delivery looks like for us and give you a chance to get the know the manager you would be reporting to.
* 2nd round with a VP of Engineering
* This call will be with a peer of the hiring manager, it will give you chance to get to know who we are, we’ll cover some of your experience again but give you a chance to get to know us better.
* 3rd round with our CTO
* This will cover your soft skills, some conversation around your previous experience and our expectations for this role. It will give you a chance to ensure your aligned with what we’re looking for and vice versa
