About Your New Job

* As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of QBMS & nQBMS projects, ensuring their seamless execution. Here are the key responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Provide guidance and positive leadership to the field team, setting a standard of excellence.
* Team Management: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, offering technical expertise and scheduling support.
* Commercial Management: Oversee contracts from tender to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.

The Person

We seek a dedicated individual who is committed to delivering top-notch service to our clients and leading our team of professionals. The ideal candidate possesses:

* Technical Expertise: Mechanical/Electrical background, emphasizing Building Automation and Management Systems.
* Project Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a regulated industry.
* Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and the wider operations team, meeting client expectations.
* Regulatory Experience: Familiarity with working in a highly regulated industry and leading a team.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve problems decisively.

Reports To
