Project Manager

My client, a leading housing developer in Ireland, is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. Based at their Dublin offices, the role entails regular site visits across Dublin. If you’re keen to oversee large-scale housing developments, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

* Form part of a cohesive and dynamic delivery team carrying out large housing development projects.
* Delivery of high-quality projects and developing long-term relationships with the supply chain, design teams and clients alike.
* Competent in Health & Safety, programming, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and directing labour accordingly.

Requirements:

* A third level qualification in construction management / engineering is desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years + site/project management experience.
* A strong motivational attitude combined with keen managerial skills coupled with strong commercial awareness are essential.

Package:

* €90k – €100k
