Project Manager – eLearning Experience
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who has strong experience working with clients, client interaction is paramount to this role, as you will be engaging with clients on a regular basis and feeding the information back to the team and working in collaboration with a cross functional team. Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Interact with clients daily, understanding their needs, assessing feasibility and risks, and crafting responses to project proposals.
* Project Oversight: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous documentation and status reports while ensuring seamless execution within deadlines and budget constraints.
* Budget Management: Oversee project finances, providing transparent updates to clients to maximize project profitability.
* Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and navigate changes throughout the project cycle, employing a strategic approach to ensure project success.
Experience:
* Experience of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Organisation skills and experience of working with multi-disciplined and multi-location teams, running multiple projects simultaneously, and developing solutions for new business requirements.
* 3 - 5 years of hands-on project management experience in e-learning.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams and projects to deliver high-quality, innovative e-learning solutions.
* Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
* The ability to implement best practice and PM methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience in digital video content development and production.
