Join our fabulous team at the Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager, Maxwell's, is responsible for providing the highest dining experience for guests of the Farnham Estate in terms of restaurant service, quality and standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with maximizing guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability for Maxwell's restaurant. This is a leadership role that requires people management skills, experience of driving food service, guest satisfaction and excellence in waiting staff.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Be experienced in supervising a restaurant team

Have experience of working to high food safety standards

Be experienced in coaching wait staff to excellent service and guest satisfaction levels

Have experience of driving revenue and managing costs

Have strong people management skills.

Desirable:

Have a qualification in hospitality or food

Food and wine specialist knowledge

Working knowledge of Opera Reservations system

Experience of using restaurant software packages.

Experience in rosters and payroll processing.
