Strategy Project Manager (Business Change)

Job Description

We are seeking a Strategy Project Manager who will lead operational initiatives that deliver solutions meeting our client's expectations within an agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.

This is a 2.5year Fixed Term Contract (3 days per week).

€75,000 per annum pro rata (€45,000 for a 3 day week)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the implementation of our client's new strategy plan.
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Work flexibly within a changing environment to adapt to evolving requirements and challenges.
* Lead operational initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Engage with stakeholders from large, complex organisations on transformational initiatives.
* Facilitate meetings and group discussions to drive project success and stakeholder alignment.
* Provide leadership and direction to various stakeholders, including volunteers and staff.
* Manage the risks associated with service provision in the not-for-profit sector.

Education and Qualifications:

* An approved qualification in a relevant discipline at NFQ Level 7 or higher.
* A recognised qualification in Project or Programme Management.

Experience:

* 3-5 years of experience in project/programme management.
* Proven track record in developing, tracking, and implementing successful project plans.
* Experience in meeting/group facilitation.
* Expertise in change management.
* Proficient in IT.

Skills:

* Capacity to manage complex cases and multiple stakeholder perspectives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and articulate communicator.
* Agile and flexible in work style, communication, and project delivery.
* Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused approach.
* Strong leadership and direction-providing capabilities.
* Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* Ability to manage a complex workload and deliver results under pressure.
