Program/Project Manager – Hybrid

We specialise in Plant Facility Start-Up from Strategy and Planning to Execution, through to Operational Readiness. We are proud to support our clients in delivering their life changing products to patients.

We are looking for a Program/Project Manager to join a team that always seeks what is best for their patients and customers, challenges common thinking to get a better result, is an effective problem solver, and is a team player that helps others.

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in the business integration of 2 products to their state-of-the-art facility. The job is based in Waterford, Ireland. This is a 6 month’s contract with strong possibility of extension.

Main duties will include:

* Manage cross-functional, multi-site teams, in technology transfer, new product introduction and business integration of new products.
* Translate customer needs into defined, approved project scope statements.
* Work with function managers to quantify resource requirements.
* Establish detailed project plans and drive execution of project tasks in line with agreed scope, schedule, and cost.
* Establish and execute a communication plan for the project and facilitate information flow between stakeholders and sites.
* Drive program risk identification, analysis, response, and implement & monitor mitigations to minimise impact to the program or wider business.
* Facilitate cost estimation to determine program budget and drive adherence to budget and forecast submission.
* Project Stakeholder Management to analyse stakeholder expectations and their impact on the project, and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
* Program Lead is responsible for some program GMP documents in line with Waterford site procedure; therefore, training and use of the site Content Management System is required.

Skills / Qualifications:

* Experience in biopharma industry, in a project leadership role.
* Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in program/project management in drug substance or drug product.
* Project Management certification, PMI, etc.
* Working knowledge of cGMP’s, GLP etc.
