Commercial Lead

The company

A leading Irish contractor is actively seeking a Commercial Lead to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project (€500m plus) in the Dublin area with a 3 year pipeline of work over there. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.

The role

* As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects and managing a team on a Hyperscale data centre project in Dublin.
* Taking responsibility for the financial management of the project.
* Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver the project.
* Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders, and defining the technical requirements and feasibility of the project.

Could this role be for you?

* 10+ years as a Commercial Manager/Lead dealing with large scale (€100m plus) projects is essential.
* Experience on Data Centre / large infrastructure projects is ideal.
* HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Commercial knowledge and understanding.
* Client facing experience.
