We are excited to be searching for an experienced Territory Manager who is commercially astute and passionate about adding value to a growing team; they will be responsible for sales growth and ensuring strong customer relationships, and knowledgeable on private healthcare systems.

Job Overview:

In the role of Territory Manager, you will be responsible for covering a strategic set of accounts across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with a focus on private clinics and hospitals:

* Develop a business plan to achieve overall business objectives.
* Mapping the locality trust, corporate accounts & commissioning funding flows.
* Developing & execution of an integrated engagement strategy plan for surgical products across defined strategic accounts.
* Leading engagement and partnership activities with senior clinical & non-clinical leadership, commissioners, and c-suite stakeholders.
* Engaging & influencing senior commissioners through removal of restrictive commissioning in eye care.

To be successful:

To be successful in this exciting Territory Manager position it is vital that you have Ophthalmic experience and an understanding of the specific nature of the area. This could be through your academic studies or prior work experience:

* Sales experience in medical devices and/or Pharma environment within ophthalmology or optometry
* Strong business and selling acumen with an ability to drive business
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both technically and interpersonally
* Experience in selling a technical device into Theatre environment is highly desirable
