Investment Manager, Hybrid, Dublin City Centre

Barden has partnered with a leading Company to hire an Investment Manager to join their team responsible for overseeing an Investment Fund, managing various transactions and supporting existing investee companies.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include:

* industry and company research assisting
* companies in business growth plans, analysing financial and operational results researching
* legal and accounting issues related to transactions drafting
* investment term sheets and legal documentation
* financial modelling

ABOUT THE PERSON

* Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder.
* At least 1 year post qualified experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Restructuring, M&A, or equivalent.
* The candidate should have a strong academic background with excellent analytical and IT skills.
* Experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and investment structuring is a strong advantage.
* The candidate should be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability to new challenges, and the ability to build relationships.
