Job Description

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Enterprise Client who are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team on a Perm basis.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new features, from initial concept to customer satisfaction. You will focus on product enhancement projects and work to alleviate any pain points.

Working with business and IT teams is a core aspect of this role, developing accurate project plans and ensuring successful delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Strong Project Management skill-set (5+ years experience - agile ways of working)
- Strong stakeholder management - capacity to work in a fast pace - start up environment
- Act as the bridge between the IT and business teams
- Engage with business stakeholders from the initial idea stage to optimize the delivery of valuable software and monitor features until they are actively utilized by customers.
- Ensure that high-priority projects are managed efficiently through accurate estimation, clear definition of requirements, and seamless development.
- Engage in process improvement activities
- Excellent excel, visio, word skills
- Utilities experience nice to have
- Prince 2/PMP desirable
